How to Prepare Kokum Sharbat from Concentrate

Add the concentrate – Pour 2–3 tablespoons of Kokum syrup concentrate into a glass.

Add chilled water – Add 200–250 ml of cold water.

Mix well – Stir thoroughly until the syrup dissolves completely.

Enhance flavour (optional) – Add a pinch of roasted cumin powder or black salt and a few mint leaves.

Serve chilled – Add ice cubes and enjoy a refreshing Kokum Sharbat.
How to Prepare Solkadi from Kokum Concentrate

Take Kokum concentrate – Add 2 tablespoons of Kokum syrup concentrate to a bowl.

Add coconut milk – Pour 200 ml fresh or canned coconut milk.

Add seasoning – Mix in crushed garlic, chopped coriander, a pinch of salt, and green chilli (optional).

Mix well – Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are blended.

Serve chilled – Let it rest for a few minutes and serve as a cooling digestive drink or with meals.
