We receive mangoes in closed boxes directly from farms.
Before dispatch, we only verify quantity, ensuring fairness — while preserving the natural packing and freshness of the fruit.

While they may look perfect outside, no one can truly see inside without cutting them open — something neither we nor any supplier can do.

- Natural sap marks from harvesting may appear as dark patches

🥭 A Special Note on Paayri Mangoes
Paayri mangoes are especially delicate and sensitive by nature.
- They may turn black or develop heavy spotting within 2–3 days
- This is primarily due to natural sap juices from the stem that settle on the skin during harvesting
- The effect is more visible and pronounced compared to other varieties
💛 While the skin may appear darker or heavily spotted,
👉 the fruit inside often becomes even sweeter, softer, and more enjoyable
✨ This is a natural characteristic of Paayri mangoes and not a defect.
🌞 Enjoy Them at Their Best
To truly experience mangoes the way they are meant to be enjoyed:
- Consume within 3–5 days
- Let them ripen naturally in a warm place
- Check daily as they soften and release their aroma
- ❌ Avoid refrigeration before ripening

If you are placing a group order, we kindly request:
👉 Maximum 4 dozen mangoes per order
When mangoes are packed together and shipped via courier:
- They naturally generate heat
- Even with ventilation holes in the boxes, excess quantity can trap heat
- This can lead to mangoes ripening too quickly or becoming overripe during transit

👉 Any irregularities as described above are part of their natural behaviour and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges within packages

Mangoes are sensitive, living fruits, and their journey is long:
- Heat in India (especially in May) makes them ripen quickly
- During transit, some may over-ripen inside the box despite our best efforts (including ventilated packaging)
We do everything possible to minimise this, but some factors are beyond human control.

Because mangoes are natural, delicate, and perishable, and because we bear significant cost to bring them to you:
- ❌ No refunds or exchanges on purchased boxes or packages
- ❌ No claims on individual fruits
However — because we genuinely care —
If an entire box is clearly unsatisfactory, we will always review your case fairly, provided:
- You inform us within 1 hour of delivery/collection
- You share clear photos/videos of all mangoes in the box
