Ordering & Delivery Information During Mango Season (March-June 2024)

1. During Mango Season (Mid-March to Mid-June), Orders placed between 9am Thursday until 9pm following Tuesday, will be processed on Wednesday/Thursday (Based on Mango Shipment Arrival on Tuesday Night/Wednesday Night)via next day delivery to you on Thursday/Friday accordingly.
2. During Mango Season (Mid-March to Mid-June), any orders placed after 9pm Tuesday could be processed on Wednesday / Thursday based on stock availability (from Mango Shipment Arrival on Tuesday Night / Wednesday Night) via next day delivery to you on Thursday/Friday accordingly. 3. There will be NO REFUND FOR ANY OF THE MANGO BOXES YOU BUY. All are closed boxes. Before customer collection and courier shipping, we will open the box and check if the quantity is correct. We have chosen the best quality Alphonso Mangoes from Ratnagiri and have been bringing them safely to the UK, since last 8 years
4. Mango being a very Sensitive fruit, Cold English weather is not good for Mangoes. This cold weather makes mango skin go black/spotty, hence it is essential to consume mango within a few days time and that it is not stocked for more than 3-5 days. Mango is a Natural fruit, as you might appreciate, we cannot cut open each fruit and see inside. Sometimes fruits seem fine from outside, but being natural, we cannot guarantee what’s inside the fruit. As most of you might be aware, when Mangoes are taken down from the trees, the juices at the point of attachment of stems to the Mangoes, sometimes drips down onto the outside of the Mango. With time this juice solidifies and may turn into a black spot (relatively more in case of Pyari Mango, than any other). This does not mean that the Mango is bad in 99% cases. We will not be exchanging these Mangos. Be rest assured we had really best and happy feedback the whole season for the last 8 years ... .after selling 10*** dozen mangoes.
5. We do not have a return policy. There will be NO REFUND FOR ANY OF THE BOXES YOU BUY. Yes, if the whole box is not good, then we might deal with your case on a personal level, if we have been communicated within 1 hours of collection or receipt of shipment with a picture of each mango gone bad and also a collective picture of all the mangoes in the box/boxes.
6. We will not refund any money as we strictly operate on "No Refund Policy". If we decide to refund any orders (completely at our discretion), we will deduct 10% of the total order amount as administrative charges.
7. Customers will receive updates from our Courier partner (ParcelForce / DPD/ sometimes other) on email and / text on the mobile number provided while placing your order along with a link to track your parcel.
8. Our contract with the courier gives us their assurance on them delivering your orders securely and safely, but sometimes due to various operation reasons, these parcels are delivered with delays.
9. Once the orders are dispatched via Courier, VegiBox does not accept any responsibility for the condition of the vegetables/ fruits / seasonal / festive products or any other items included in your order, at point of delivery. If we are informed about any issues with video while opening your VegiBox as received and pictures as evidence, we will certainly try to resolve the issue at our discretion. It is your (customer) responsibility to give us the exact / correct address for us to deliver mangoes in the specified time mentioned above. There will be NO REFUND FOR ANY OF THE MANGO BOXES YOU BUY for orders that are shipped to the given address, but lost or courier companies unable to deliver the shipped parcels due to incorrect addresses given to us while ordering.
10. Sometimes high temperatures or cold weather conditions may affect the freshness of Vegetables/ fruits or any other item from your order, which is a natural process and VegiBox cannot accept any responsibility for these issues.

Ordering & Delivery Information for VegiBox Orders

1. Out of the Vegetable (12 options) available on the website - about 4 to 7 options change every Thursday Morning.
2. We only accept orders between Thursday 12pm onwards until following Tuesday 9pm
3. All Orders received between Thursday 12pm until following Tuesday 7pm, will be processed and dispatched following Wednesday / Thursday via next day delivery, delivered on Thursday/Friday. For local pickup orders, please call us on 07859035489 from Wednesday 4pm onwards to confirm your collection time (which will be either on Wednesday / Thursday evening after 7pm).
4. Customers will receive updates from our Courier partner (ParcelForce / DPD/ sometimes other) on email and / text on the mobile number provided while placing your order along with a link to track your parcel.
